If you are interested in the research field of the optimization of logistic systems through AI under consideration of employee preferences. the Chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow and Logistic is offering the opportunity to research for a master thesis project. The projects aim to investigate this topic by considering to what extent the preferences of the employees as well as the personal data can be used ethically in AI algorithms.

Theses opportunities:

  1. Thesis: Analysis of logistic workplaces and employee competences as the basis of a preference-oriented AI
  2. Thesis: Literature research: Analysis of optimization approaches for the distribution of employees in the production environment
  3. Thesis: Development of a method for the analysis of the personality of employees in production logistic
  4. Thesis: Analysis on matching and optimization algorithms for a preference-aware distribution system of workers
